Not all servers are running on the same binaries, some are still set up for befor the patch on the 18th some are set up for aftet the patch on the 18th. There are some issues with the latest code, just be patient and give the Devs some time to get drunk, spend some "personal" time with there significant other, then recover from all there fun. I am sure after the holiday season is over they will fix it as soon as they can.
