Well, they are really self explanitory, but the rank command gives your target whatever rank you want to give them to a point (ie, member, officer, or guildmaster) and then the title...

The command for rank permission, is for giving a guild member, or officer or guildmaster the power to do different things IN this guild (ie, recruit, kick, etc)..
