Yes, I could make a few hoods, but they would look like something out of NwN, and that isn't cool, so we're probably gonna have to do without them. But there won't even be a server if I can't find a host, so if you wouldn't mind helping out, go to http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/vie...ae566f10872d20.
