Post the contents of your eqhost.txt file in the eq directory that you want to play eqemu from.. Also make sure that your shortcut in the target says "c:\eqemu\eqgame.exe patchme" (without quotes), your directory may differ, just make sure that it is pointing to the directory that you are wanting to play from.
When you patch eqlive, it fixes the eqhost.txt to read as it did originally, you will have to redo your eqhost.txt file everytime you patch to eqlive....
