It's a known bug with #spawn and it will be fixed after we can figure out where the face texture is stored in the NPC packets. The problem is that NPCs have two textures associated with them... They have a material number (which is settable at this time - it's the main body texture) and a head number (which is not settable at this time - it's the texture that the head of the npc is). Hopefully this will be fixed soon!!
