ZoneProxy only helped inside the game after I'm in on localhost....doesn't fix anything with the 1017 errors I'm getting when trying to connect to my external IP

the point is that if I set all my loginserver.ini and boot5zones.bat to localhost then I can login just fine with no errors and wander around just fine

but if I try to put my external IP address into the loginserver.ini and boot5zones.bat files then I get spat back a 1017 error at the server connect screen
