windows xp shared connection 1017 error

ok sorry if it was already answered but i can't find it =(

my problem is this one :
I have 2 computers :
Computer 1 is connected to internet
Computer 2 is connected to Computer 1 via the windows xp shared connection
I have no router
Is it possible to create a server on Computer 2, and then play on this server via Computer 1 ???

I mean DB, world exe, and zone.exe on Computer 2 ...

And i ask not for minilogin but for a server connected to eqemu's login server

If possible ! How can i do that ???
Because all I tried was leading to a 1017 error, the server was visible in the eqemu servers'list but noone couldn't connect into it and me too :(
