You know, I feel exactly the same way as you. I find it boring also, but I keep coming back to post again and again.

Now... i've posted LOTS of information that i'm sure you haven't read in full (This is in regard to the effect of U.S sanctions). At least go read it.

I did read about the 'oil-for-food' program, by the way...Sounds like it was established in 1995 when quite a bit of damage had been done by the U.S sanctions already.
