I played an enchanter on live, and i can say i loved it when CoD First came out, it had a 90% chance of lasting 14 mins, you have no idea how easy it was to kill alot of mobs really fast, once it was nerfed well groups would tell you NOT to charm becuase of the fact that it broke early without TD 3, and even then 7 mins isn't long at all. I have played an enchanter on a fwe of the servers, and charm lasts a lot longer than it would or ever should but, it made my life fun and really easy. Enchanters are already overpowered as it is, we are the only class who actually make mobs forget about us, only ones who can stop mobs in their tracks and not have fear of them summoning, and we are the only class who is able to FD, yes FD its not int he conventional way, but it can be done very easily, it is somthing sony can't nerf because well it would mess up mezzes badly. aside from that we are the only class who gets a self 1500point regent free 1.5second (with quickbuff AA, spelhaste and cleric spell haste) rune spell, that stacks with an additional 850point regent cost spell, we get the ability to regen all of our mana every hour and 45 mins, and most importantly we have the most powerful pets in the game.
Why am i going on like this? i have no clue, but the point is playing an enchanter on the emu is actually alot more fun than it was on live, just try a few other servers, you will find one that works.
