The fastest one i have ever used is BitTorrent, i am not really sure how they share files, but the sites that do have it set up, its extremely fast, other than that, i use Shareaza, and Warez P2P client, to be honest, i personally find the best network is the Kazaa network, and you can get a spyware free version of it, at
www.zeropaid.com, well anyway kazaa is full of alot of other shit other than the stuff you really want, but it also has a shitload of clients and its fast. so anyway yea.
