He is trying to get help, it takes alot longer to find people willing to play for a month on a server that is incomplete, that is what the staff is for, so people will stay, he can get rid of us after time, its his server, but he needs the help now, he is in a hard position to wait for a few months to find the large amount of staff he needs.
But i see your point, and it is a good one, usualy someone will come along just for the power then abuse it, that is what moderation is for
