Stop trying to be a post whore. I read like 4 of your post that say something about you almost losing your temper, then saying search. Why not help the people? Well anways back on subject, I had the same problem, Did you try downloading
http://www.eqemulator.net/eqlsClient.ini Copy and past that into your EQ directory, it fixed it for me.
