Just to clarify... my posts weren't to say Image is in trouble :P you can't mess with <points to Image's CoH avatar :P>
I was trying to emphasize the amount of work that person is doing to hunt people down... phone numbers... houses from 5 years ago... neighbors... social security numbers... what they ate 20 seconds ago... as long as Image has worked it out I suppose all is well
except the people with the account had a scare... and SoE has been good about account restores after events like this... so they should be fully repaired in no time.
