Default there is one way to undo a patch....

do a system restore to before u patched....worked for me, but it can be VERY risky, expecially if you are runing XP...when i did it the last time (not having to do with EQemu, but another problem), one of the windows startup registry files got delelted and causeed my system to crash... spent an entire day getting it back up....so do this at your own risk. I am not liable for any screwups that happen if u do it....but since u just reformatted your drive, not sure how it would work for you.
