first.. put your eyes in the players position. like dont make unnecessary shit. and try to make things alot more convenient for the players. (this prolly would ruin all ideas but.. people like a click and play server alot better then downloading files to play) and.. hmmm ya more features the better, try to get the "ever" part of everquest in =D be creative, try to be original.. dont steal others ideas.. hmmm if i think of anything else, yea..
second.. be on your GMs case alot, dont let them do dumb shit. corrupt GMs = unhappy or uneven players (uneven as in a gm giving them armor/weapon or buffs they shouldnt have)
