Cannot connect to server...

Okay, whenever I try to connect to my EQ server (minilogin) I get this error:

"cannot login to the everquest server. You may need to rerun the update patch"


I've tried changing the IPs in Boot5zones from 127.0.0.1 to localhost, and then changing them back... I don't even get to the server list if I don't use localhost.

Here's the files:


Boot5Zones.win9x.bat:

(I'm running Windows 98 Special Edition, I've tried both zone9x and zoneNT)

You dont have the eqemu account in your database...

Download one of the 3rd party eqadmin tools and add it...

Run "world.exe adduser eqemu eqemu 200" to add the eqemu account.

Since your using localhost in your boot5zones.win9x.bat you should also use localhost for your worldserver address, not your public internet IP
