Besides, you haven't given us anywhere near enough information to diagnose the problem. Try doing a search for "timeout" or "timeout error" and see if that helps. If not, post the question in Support::General Support with the contents of your eqhosts.txt file and exaclty how far you can get/what it does before you get the error.
