I believe the only things that you have to do are forward the 2 sets of ports (9000 for the login server and whatever 5 ports you use in your start5zones.bat). I don't have that model (I've got a BEFSR41) but there's just a "forward" tab on mine that allows you to enter a range of ports and forward them to a certain address (your server). Do that for the two sets of ports above, make sure you enable both TCP and UDP, and you should be good to go. PM me if this doesn't work for you and we can prolly figure it out.
