Actually EULA's don't hold up in a court of law they are just there to keep those not in the know in check. Ask any lawyer, SoE along with a bunch of other companies love to throw that around to try and scare people or intimate people that might sue. Fact is really noone actually reads the whole EULA thus it doesn't really hold water in court. Think there was a issue with microsoft about that back in the day.
