Default Is it the sever still down now?

i can't connect the sever.....

i had read some post that said the sever was backuping

can you login the game now?

i still show #1001 error.....


and the connect port is 5997 or 5999?

What language of everquest are you working with?

i use english of eq

i had try it again and again but it still doesnt work

Are you using a guide? If you are, what steps have you followed?

Have you:
patched your eq client thoroughly to eqlive?
altered eqhosts.txt?

Are you:
hosting your own server?
attempting to join another server that belongs to someone else?

Can you give me more information?

Yes, iwant to connect to EMU's sever,

i had read the guide and following all the steps,

i use eqw 235a to connect EQ,in eqw,i tick the "fix client."

i had change the eqhost.txt like this:
[Registration Servers]

{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5997"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5997"
}


but it still not use,can you help me ? THX

What exaclty does the error say?...and are you using your Forum user name and pass?
