Default Older eqemu servers
Is there any way i can log in to a server that's older than 5.5?

Hey is there any place to get the patch before the DX 9 update cuz that thing is causing me a ton of Diconnects ingame

No. There is no way to get a previous patch. Don't ask.



dx9 isint causing your disconnects, find something else to blame.

lol dx9 wont cause disconnection errors if it caused any errors it would be graphical errors not connection problems .

Umm. . .

Just a guess, but I think he meant that the version of EQ that included DX9 as a requirement was when he started getting disconnects. I'm pretty sure he wasn't blaming the disconnects on DX9 itself.

You might want to try adjusting your C:\Program Files\[Sony]\Everquest\DataRate.txt file to a lower number (for example, if it's set at 8.0, try putting it at 5.0 and see if that helps).

Are you on dialup or some sort of broadband for your internet?
