Help the Unknowing ONE!!!!!

First off let me say " I only have MSN Messnger so PMing and IAing and all that i cant do.

Now I installed everything from the page

But I ran ointo a HUGE snag ) C:\mysql\bin and run WinMySQLAdmin.exe WILL NOT stay open.. It pops up and down befor I can even see a thing. Matter of fact all of them work the same way i cant keep anything open.

Now when it said Install Scalar and all that crap I cant get it to show me that it installed.
