GM Commands #dbspawn2

Didn't know quite where to post this and the support channel on IRC doesn't seem to know the answer to this.

#dbspawn2 spawngroupID respawn variance

What is variance? And what are values for it, no one seems to know this answer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
