All instrument modifier seems to work for Dots and the like but not for selos.

I clocked a running course and here are my findings;

Pecussion skill (10)

No instrument
35.52 seconds +- something for user interface error

All instument modifier 99
35.74 seconds +- same as above

Regular drum modifier 18
33.44 seconds +- etc

Thunderous drums of the karana modifier 28
27.56 +- etc

Vulka's chant of flame

no instrument
20 damage

Thunderous drums of karana
56 damage

all instrument modifier 99
198 damage
