Eqemulauncher 1.0 Beta Release

I am pleased to announce that the launcher has reached beta status..

This release includes a server application that handles account login and creation as well as ip address updating i have personally tested it as much as i can though i will need feedback on how it works without further adeu...
Removed link to see if he will continue to harass me
