Default Windows User, new to Emu

Recently a friend told me I could go back in time to the classic days when EQ1 was the only mmolrpg to play and he gave me instructions on where to go to get EQ titanium but the files are .rar and I can't seem to get them to expand so I can begin playing the game. Anyone got a clue on what I'm doing wrong here.

No one here will be offering any sort of help when it comes to downloaded editions of the game. If you want to play, you can't grab the game from a torrent, you'll need to get it fresh out of the box. The main reason being that this project is able to avoid any sort of litigious retaliation by not distributing files for free or leading anyone to any methods for doing so.

However, we can certainly help you with information on where to purchase a copy of Titanium. Check this thread for details.

Sorry about the admission of down-loading the game, although I don't plan to reviel the person I got it from. Please don't hate me because I'm a dumbass. So I got an extractor that worked, so how about another question that may sound just as koo-koo, The extractor worked and I have the archives, but when I double click them to get them to install they tell me to stick the disk in, how do I get around that?

Yes, sorry. I was in a bit of a hurry to brush any download talk under the rug.

If you're looking for a good free .rar-extracting program, try 7-Zip.

You are asking for support for illegal software and some of the members have already helped you more than they should have. Helping someone to use illegal software is something that should be against the rules even if there isn't a rule that specifically states it. Anything warez related is against the rules. Don't talk about them here.

Would really be nice to see this whole thread trashed.
