Mouse problem

I have a wireless keyboard and mouse and the keyboard works but the mouse will not so i can't choose a server. Any ideas? thanks

Couple of quick questions.

1) Does the mouse work outside of EQ?
2) When does the mouse stop working? (When EQ loads or at the server select screen)
3) Does any mouse work inside EQ for you?
4) Have you tried updating the drivers for the wireless mouse?

yes the mouse works everywhere else and stops working right when EQ loads im gonna look for the drivers right now and see if that works

got the drivers and it did not help

tried my old mouse and keyboard that plug in same thing happened Keyboard worked and mouse did not. im out of ideas if anyone has any ideas let me know

I used to get that problem long ago. Never could find a reason for it. My solution was to alt+enter to go windowed mode. That would unfreeze the mouse pointer 100% of the time for me. Usually after that I could alt+enter back to full screen and about 50% of the time the mouse kept working. Give that a shot.
