Default Max Train Trade Skill

I set the rule for "Skills:MaxTrainTradeskills" to 250, but the trainers are still only training up to 21. I see in the world.exe that this rule loaded at 250. Is there a fix/workaround for this so I can train past 21?

Default Doh

Can someone move this to the Windows Server Support section...as I put it in the forum for server "connection" issues and I do not have any of those...just the max skill training. Sorry about that. Since I had to post this oops message...here is some more info about my problem....

1. I run a Windows XP Pro box
2. I run EQEmu 1129 Rev 89
3. I run PEQ database
4. I did have one Wizard Guildmaster (in POK) train my Research up to 36...but that was about it.

Default NPC Trainer

Does anyone know of maybe an NPC trainer perl script that might solve this problem for me? I searched the quest submissions and did not find one so I am wondering if someone already made one they currently use on a server.

I noticed that most skills "do" train past 21 but these skills were not...

Jewel Crafting
Blacksmithing
Tailoring

...and...Research did train up some more as I found out I just had no more skill points.

Does "anyone" know why some of these crafting skills are not training past 21?...anyone at all?
