ok. I have been trying to make a server for me to play on bymyself for a while now and i cannot find a working guide, on perl some of the listed things in this guide are not there

And on the peq_db i get alot of the files are no longer in the repository
so if someone can lead me to an up-to-date guide it would be awesome
