Default Adding a quest help

Saw a quest I would like to add to my server, and am unable to find out how I actually add it. Have tried everything I could think of(which isn't much) so am lost now. Am trying to add the spell scriber found http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/showthread.php?t=27203 but unsure of what all I need to do. Sadly a step by step might be required for this idiot. Thanks in advance

Go to GeorgeS' Tools sections of the forums and find a post by him and go to the page linked in his sig. There you will be able to download his quest editor tool and it makes adding quests very simple. Once you have the tool up and running, just type in the zone name you want to do quests for and use your mouse scroll to scroll down 1 time and it will go to that zone and list all NPCs in it and if they have a quest or not. Then, you can just paste in that quest code into one of the NPCs that doesn't have a quest (or even one that does) and then just save it. Last, from in game, just issue the command "#questreload" and it will update any quest changes. You should now be able to hail that NPC and get the proper quest text and such.
