It isn't down. Did you setup a Login Server account in your User CP? You can't log into the Login Server using your forum account. You have to create them in the Login Server part of your User CP first on the forums here. Make sure that you completed your forum registration by clicking the link in the email that you should have received from these forums when you signed up for your account. If your forum registration is not completed, you will not be able to create LS accounts.

Also, make sure that your password isn't too long. I don't know for sure how long the limit is for passwords, but I do know that 6 characters works just fine. I wouldn't set it longer than 8 if I were you. I know at some point, it will truncate your password. That will cause it to fail when you try to log in, because your password you enter won't match what is in the LS database.
