Plane of Knowledge in PEQ DB974

Trying to upgrade everything on my server to version 974 of the PEQ DB and things seem to be working fine EXCEPT I can't get out of PoK. None of the portal stones in plane of knowledge will work and neither will the zone in to the bazaar.

All of the doors in the zone seem to work. NPCs are pathing around nicely. Spells work. I just can't seem to get any of the portal stones to work. If I stand back and click on a portal stone, I do get the "you can't reach that, get closer" message, but when close enough to actually click I get nothing. This is vanilla sourcing of load_players.sql and peqdb_Rev974.sql. Did I miss something? I did create a human ranger starting in surefall, ran him to qeynos and used that portal stone to get to PoK just fine. I just can't go in the other direction from PoK back out. So my question is first, where can I look to make sure the database info is there for these portal stones? Second, where would it be logging any problems with these portal stones if there were other issues?

I did a little more playing with this and it seems to only effect GM accounts. If a GM is the first toon to enter PoK, none of the portal stones in Pok will work until he either zones out and comes back in through another portal, or a non GM toon zones in.

If I get bored maybe I will debug through it and see wtf is going on and try for a fix. Anyone else stumbled upon this?
