Sounds like either a driver or possible hardware issue. Do you get a blue screen before the restart? If so, you may have RAM that is going bad or might just need to be reseated. Also, overheating could do this. If your PC is overclocked in any way, running CPU intensive programs can also cause crashes/restarts like that. If you are sure it isn't a hardware issue, you may want to make sure you have DX9c installed as well as current Video Card drivers. You can also try disabling sound for EQ and see if it is maybe a sound card issue, as that wouldn't surprise me either.
