Default Question on ID's for Spawn2, SpawnGroup, etc

Following this guide.

http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...egoryCreateNPC

I noticed the PEQ database does not really follow this too tightly, which is fine but to not mess up my server from getting a PEQ update later when there is more content, what is the current idea on adding custom NPC's ? Shoot for some really high ID number when entering them into the tables ? I also want to remain consistent on current procedure but I combed the Wiki and forums and really found no answer. I noticed the npc_types seems to follow the normal numbers with zone number xxx and then the last of the id incremented.

So with the spawngroup and spawn2 tables what I am wanting to know is what everyone does with there custom content.

From what I can tell, we follow that same numbering convention. Zone ID * 1000

It does not appear that way in the other tables, just in npc_types.
