Default Does this mean people can't log in?

In my accounts table I'm seeing some accounts with no characters associated with them. Does this mean those people can't log into my server? Any troubleshooting for this? I think all my port forwarding is set.
This is an example from my world.exe window of an account (michaelw2000) with no characters associated with it. Thanks for the feedback!

Probably shouldn't post other people's IPs and cpanel login names.

Whenever I have accounts with no characters, usually they were logged in to the character create/select screen and then left. A certain amount of time is because of NAT issues (i.e. both server and client behind different NATs).

Thanks for the feedback. I was afraid they were trying to get logged in and kicked. I have had a couple people log in from outside my network, but I was afraid I had some setting messed up such that people weren't able to get in. I'm trying to get everything as stable as possible during my initial testing phase before I register my server and post up a website.
