Default Trying to switch from Titanium to Underfoot

I am having a bunch of trouble trying to switch from Titanium to Underfoot.

I started off buying UF off steam, and copied over the files from Titanium to make my spells/monk abilities show up. For some reason all of my monk abilities suddenly wouldn't activate (Kept saying I needed to be in combat to activate).

So I dug around and found out you need files from live too. Sadly my steam live version gave me a "LaunchPad.exe has stopped working" error right from the get go. I figured I screwed something up, so I completely deleted it from steam, went in and whiped the files from the folder, and reinstalled. The issue still pops up. I literally cannot launch live EQ.

Is there a download package or something out there for these files? It seems really pointless to upgrade to a full live client just for 40 4kb files, and now it's not even possible since this error message doesn't even come up on a google search. I don't know how I can fix that.

Having tasted the UF Client, I really hate going back to Titanium, and the server I am playing on (Storm Haven) Has so much inaccessible content.
