Default Almost there?

Hey folks, I have installed EQ Underfoot and am trying to run Project1999. I know it says you have to have Titanium, but I can get all the way to the server selection and when I click "Play Everquest", it stops responding.. Is there anything I can do? Used to have Titanium, but have since lost it. I only have Platinum and Underfoot now.

it's likely an intentional limitation, considering the server's theme. there are some features i believe are built in to later clients that are not in line with the era that the staff there is doing their best to emulate.

It is definitely an intentional limitation. Titanium is the only client they support.

From their FAQ which can be found here: http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1002

What do I need to play?
A copy of Everquest Titanium. No other clients are compatible.

That and I believe I read somewhere they utilize a DLL (Titanium only version from what I remember) that is needed to play there, which hooks itself into the client to search for MQ2. I think that's what I read awhile back anyway.
