Support::General Support Post all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.

Default All my characters Deleted
I logged in this morning only to find that all my characters had been deleted.

I have only been playing here for about 2 weeks and had a raised a level 13 Wizard and a level 8 cleric.

Can anyone advise me on who to contact and where ?

Hope fully the situation can be redeemed.

All is good all characters found.

Note:- I had been logging in clicking on what i thought was the Quick log in button However It seems now I have to use the "Everquest " button above it .

So all is good again.

For future reference, please look at the name of the server you are playing on and post on their forums, if they have any.

We do not offer individual server support here.
