Default Whitelists possible?

Hello!

I've just started building my server, and I was wondering if someone could tell me if the emulator inherently supports whitelisting? That is, a list where anyone that's NOT on the list cannot log into the server?

Since IPs can change, I would use account status to limit access.

I figured you could use account names, though. Those are unique, too.

Default code only has IP and account status methods. Basically for account status, you keep the server Locked all the time but people with enough status can still log in.
