Default Old Skelly, Spectre models from classic

The skeleton and spectre models found in classic just blow the live versions out of the water IMO. I am looking for someone with knowledge of how to alter the files so I can fix them for progression servers on live... if that's even possible.

Any knowledge appreciated.

P.S. I play a necro on Ragefire and the pet / lich illusion are just god awful. Willing to help as much as possible to get this done.

You can delete some file I think, but then you have to each patch. IMO just get people to complain about it enough because Dzarn has like half the support to have it be selectable implemented but he got fired before he could finish it (and rehired :P)

I already am bypassing the patcher and loading some custom files such as sky, and particles every single time i have to patch. This would not be bothersome to me at all. Are you sure its that easy ? i think it takes a little more than that lol... really have my mind set on doing this.
