LDON Frustration

Hello!

I am having problems getting LDON content working.

I am running the following versions:
Windows Server: 23.10.3
Database: 9328
Bots: 9054

1. My test character has reached level 15 and received the 'mysterious message' to start the LDON quest line, so evidently the LDON content is in my DB. The documentation says my character needs an adventure stone, and I should go to the character's home city.

2. I went to the LDON NPC by the PoK book in West Freeport, but the npc will not respond to me, either by hail, or by right-clicking.

I'm not sure what to try next. Any help would be appreciated.
