Zone shortnames?

I was reading the forums the other day, and remember someone in one pose linking to a file that has all the names (long and short) of ALL the zones. Since the command: #zone requires the short names not the long ones, I would appreciate a link to that post, or a link to the file.

I searched for an hour but couldn't find it myself :(
