Static Client Version for all EQemu

Everytime Verant updates, they screw up the progress of the EQEmu team. Do you think that we should get a set client version (one that the EQEmu team could work with constantly) and then just keep working with it? I have the lastest (not March 7th, the one right before that) and would be more than happy to post it on an FTP site somewhere - even though it is kinda big, it would stop Verant from halting progress.

Dunno how well it would work - just an idea that I'm sure has been suggested before.
