Help! I am having problems!!

Hi dudes!
I'm having problems with EQ.
I've installed eq then all xpacs, then i updated EQ and then finally installed EQPatcher and patched it...
But after i select a game server (guildwars), i try to create any char from an xpansion (eg.: the tiger from luclin) and it says i dont have, but i havet it! i dont know the problem.. can someone help me?
I tryed to reinstall it 2 times but in the game i think its not recognizing that i have all xpacs.. but when i update my eq in advance window it says i have.. i think that's strange...
and other thing that i am getting mad is that when i am in the options screen it says that i have Luclin (luclin options), i have it but in the chars creation it says i dont have, lol
