Well, after many hours of playing with all this info, I got my server portion up and running, and fixed that dreaded 1017 error and logged in. SWEET! But then it became a big DOH! as there were no NPCs or spawns. Obviously I must have messed up my SQL DB...so thats the thing. I have DL'ed many files to remake/update/etc...and I can't get it working now. So I am just looking for some info that will work for getting a new DB up and going from scratch using new files, not the ones that come with the EQEmu DL...running 4.4 and on NT. I'd post all the ini's and others, but thats not my problem. Just the SQL DB. So can anyone using most recent files, post a guide for "pathetic low minded" individuals like myself?
