client crashing problem

anyone else have/had client crashing problems? or know how to fix them? i cant play EQ or EQEmu because of it, every 2 mins it crashes, post help!
ive formatted drive, done windows update several times, reinstalled EQ... and im not using a linksys router if anyone was gunna ask that, using a d-link router
