Default Invalid station name/password ?

Whenever I type in my Station name and password it says it is invalid. I know I am putting in the right info so if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Change your eqhost.txt to point to our login server, instead of SOE's login server. SOE doesn't seem to recognize our login/passwords, not sure why.

Aside from that, be sure you've set up your 'eqhost.txt' in your Everquest directory to point to the EQEmu servers. See this thread for more information: http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9649

The only difference is the 5997's in your 'eqhost.txt' files as mentioned in this guide need to be changed to '5999' to play on v.5.0 servers, as exampled below:

[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5999"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5999"
}
