Default Trumpcard...

I was wondering if i was reading this correct...

Code:
		//Trumpcard: Give a mild skew for characters below 20th level.

		if (mylevel <=10)

			chancetohit = (chancetohit > 0) ? chancetohit+50:50;

		else if (mylevel <=20)

			chancetohit = (chancetohit > 0) ? chancetohit+40:40;

		else

			chancetohit = (chancetohit > 0) ? chancetohit+30:30;
Does this mean that level 10 has a, well, slight boost to chancetohit. Degrading untill level 21, where you would pick up natural ability. or am i upside down on this? less of a chance at lower levels?

Thanks for your time....

Yes..

Drawde identified that our chances to hit were badly skewed on the lower levels, that made combat very very difficult when starting , so i put a mild skew in to give them a better chance. We were basing the hit/miss ratios at low levels on ones against eqlive...
