As I understand it -
1. Start EQ
2. Bring up the task manager (alt-ctrl-del)
3. Find the EQGAME.EXE job in the "processes" tab.
4. Right click the process and select "Set Affinity"
5. Deslect either (doesn't matter which one) of the cores and hit ok.
6. Close task manager and play
