World server can't connect to login server

10061 is Connection Refused. Is the login server listening on port 5998? Do you have the log from it?

It should be named login_somenumber.log and look something like this:

I don't see a log but the screen that has the loginserver on it says listening on port 5999. What file controls world so I can change it to port 5999?
